Tangy Pineapple Pork

Ah, finally the last of our freezer meals was devoured.  It took awhile!  Kind of defeated the purpose I know but for some reason we have kind of gotten into a rhythm with cooking.  It hasn't been as big of a struggle as of late but I'm still loving this freezer option as it has been our saviour for those nights when we normally would have struggled.

Taste: This is a pretty simple recipe so I'll let you judge by the ingredients what it truly tastes like... BBQ.  Ha!  The meal itself was pretty good but I think the next time I made it I would add some soy or teriyaki sauce into the mix.  I love the pineapple accent but would love it more if the sauce had an Asian flair.

2. Stir in pineapple.
3. Pour over pork and freeze in a Ziploc bag.
