Why buy toys

You know I hear a lot of parents talk about how buying toys sometimes can seem pointless.  The one's you think your kids are going to love they barely touch and anything that isn't a toy is what they end up playing with.  Well we learned first hand how perplexing this can be.  Not only does Grayson love all things that aren't true toys but I never thought something as simple as paper rolled up into a ball would keep his attention.  Once he got a hold of this the other night he wouldn't put it down.  Now only if we could make everything in life as simple.
