The Little Things

Well after experiencing some technical difficulties we are finally back on the blog and hopefully not going to go so long in between posts for awhile.  If you have looked at previous posts you will see that we still have some clean up to do with photos (some are missing) but we are going to move forward anyway.

Recently Grayson has kept his mom and dad very entertained.  It is amazing to us how much he can change in as little as a day.  He is constantly reminding us how the little things in life are truly what we live for.  The pictures below show how all of a sudden he became interested in the bear above his changing table.  We have the bear sitting on that ledge because it was Andrew's growing up and we wanted to have it be apart of Grayson's life but also didn't want it to get destroyed either (we will probably give it to him later when he is more interested).  Grayson up until now has been very uninterested in the bear.  Then one day we stood him up and he started swatting at it.  That is where the game began.  He now will stand up swat at it and as it falls let out a few giggles.  We pick it back up and place it on the shelf and he smiles as he swats at it again.  Over and over we can do this and he never tires of it.  Oh the fun to find joy in being able to make something fall.  Hopefully that doesn't mean he will be a kid that laughs at people when they fall (especially at his mom)!
